Board Meeting
Minutes November 14, 2023
Linda Gagne called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Present was President Linda Gagne, Vice-President Dan Achauer,
Treasure Bev Betts and Secretary Pam Maser. Bobby Carter was not
present.
Approval of the October 12, 2023 minutes. Linda Gagne made a motion
to accept, and Pam Maser seconded. All approved and the motion
carried.
Approval of the financial report from October 31, 2023. Bev Betts
made a motion to accept, and Dan Achauer seconded. All approved and
the motion carried.
New Business
Linda asked for approval to purchase a gift card for Tom King. Tom
keeps our website current. All approved and Linda will
purchase a gift card for $100.00 from Meijer.
Linda asked the board members if they would like an appreciation
dinner this year. All members that were present voted no.
Linda made a motion not to have any meeting for the months of
December, January, and February unless needed. Pam seconded and all
approved and the motion carried.
The purchase of a cell phone was made for the use of Association
business. It is a Trac phone and the cost was $37.99 plus 3 months
service. We will have to purchase a card every three months or
have the cost taken out through the Trac phone website. The cost is
roughly $20.00 every three months.
Linda purchased the accident report on Cloverdale and has yet to
hear from the parties responsible. The person was driving a rental
car, and she did send them a certified letter and has yet to hear
back from the company. We lost a flowerpot and some grass.
Zane gave Linda an estimate for tree trimming. It was $125.00 an
hour for a two-man crew. Linda is going to tell him to trim the
worst of the trees at no more than ten hours.
Linda made a motion to adjourn and Pam seconded. The meeting
adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
