Board Meeting Minutes
Board Meeting Minutes Nov 11, 2025
Linda Gagne called the
meeting to order at 6 p.m.
Present was President Linda
Gagne. Vice-President Al Metdepennigen, Treasurer Bev Betts
and Secretary Pam Maser. David Jewel was excused from attending.
Approval of the September
24, 2025 meeting. Pam made a motion to accept and Al seconded. All
approved and the motion carried.
Unfinished Business
Al has been doing the tree
trimming in the parks and common grounds. David Jewel has been
helping him.
The Resort Authority has
started to get rid of the tree stumps in the park.
Al has not been able to get
to the logs on the beach. He is going to wait until next spring.
David Jewel is still doing
our blight reports.
David O'Shea gave a
discussion on putting up a Frisbee golf course in the park. He is
going to give us a proposal on about six to nine baskets. New Business
Linda asked for a motion to
be made to suspend the meetings until spring. Al made a motion
and Bev seconded. All approved and the motion carried. The meetings
will resume in the spring.
Linda made a motion to have
Dan Achauer removed from the checking account and to have Al
Metdepennigen put on. Bev seconded and all approved and the motion
carried. They will make a date and go to the bank.
