Board Meeting
Minutes October 10, 2023
Linda Gagne called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Present was President Linda Gagne, Vice-President Dan Auchauer,
Treasurer Bev Betts and Secretary Pam Maser. Trustee Bobby Carter
was not present. Also present was Brad Sheeks.
Approval of minutes from September 19, 2023. Bev made a motion to
accept, and Dan seconded. All approved and the motion carried.
Approval of the financial statement from September 2023. Dan
made a motion to accept, and Bev seconded. All approved and the
motion carried.
New Business
The distribution of the Halloween flyers will be next week. It will
be at the ball diamond.
Brad Sheeks is willing to be a volunteer and the board asked him to
help set up a plan in April for a cleanup of the park and common
grounds.
Linda checked into getting flags from Debbie Dingell's office.
You have to request to get a flag that was flown over the White
House. As we already have six flags, we do not need any at this
time.
Another accident was on the entryway at Nadeau Road. There was
damage done to a tree and a pot. Linda is waiting for the police
report.
Dan will purchase a track phone for the association. The cost is
$20.00 for a flip phone and $15.00 a month for the card.
The new phone number for the association is
734-625-2989. Residents can call or text messages to this number.
The resort authority had a tree service pick up the remaining tree
branches. They will get the stumps removed next year.
Linda priced out a dumpster for a spring cleanup and the price was
$420.00 for one. As we have bulk trash service at this time,
the board does not feel that it is necessary.
Zane will get with Linda on pricing for tree trimming.
Linda reported any DTE lights that were not working to the township
to DTE for repair.
Linda made a motion to adjourn and Pam seconded. All approved
and the meeting adjourned at 6:58p.m.
