Board Meeting Minutes
Board Meeting Minutes Sept 23, 2025
Linda Gagne called the
meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.
Present were Linda
Gagne, Bev Betts, Pam Maser, Al Metdepennigen and David Jewel.
Linda swore in the new
trustees Al and David. We had nominations for officers.
Pam made a motion for Linda
Gagne as President and Bev seconded. Linda made a motion for Al as
Vice-President and Bev seconded. Linda made a motion for Bev as
Treasurer and Al seconded. Bev made a motion for Pam as secretary
and Linda seconded. Al made a motion for David as Trustee and Pam
seconded. All approved and the motions carried.
Approval of the minutes
from the September 13. 2025 annual Meeting. Bev made a motion to
accept and Linda seconded. All approved and the motion
carried.
Approval of the August 12,
2025 meeting. Bev made a motion and Linda seconded. All
approved and the motion carried.
Approval of the financial
report ending August 31, 2025. Pam made a motion to accept and
Linda seconded. All approved and the motion carried.
Unfinished Business
Al has replaced two swings
at the playground.
Al is going
to ask permission from homeowners to trim bushes or trees that might
be blocking traffic views.
Al is going to try to get
rid of the logs on the beach.
David Jewel is still doing
our blight. New Business
A discussion was held on
proxy voting to be allowed at the annual meeting if needed. There is
nothing in the by-laws at this time and the board decided to not do
anything.
Open Discussion
The monthly meetings will
be held on the second Tuesday of the month. They will be held
at Linda Gagnes garage. Linda will ask Tom King to post it on the
website.
Pam Metdepennigen asked
about possibly putting up a Frisbee Golf course. Her son is
going to write up a proposal.
Linda made a motion to
adjourn and Al seconded. All approved and the meeting
adjourned at 6:42p.m.
