Board Meeting
Minutes September 19, 2023
Linda Gagne called the meeting to order at 2 p.m.
Present was President Linda Gagne, Vice President Dan Achauer,
Treasurer Bev Betts and Secretary Pam Maser. Trustee Bobby Carter
was not present.
Approval of meeting minutes form August 8, 2023. Bev made a
motion to accept, and Dan seconded. All approved and the motion
carried.
Approval of the minutes from the September 9, 2023 meeting. Bev made
a motion to accept, and Pam seconded. All approved and the
motion carried.
Approval of the August 2023 financial report. Dan made a motion to
accept, and Bev seconded. All approved and the motion carried.
The election of officers for 2023 - 2024 year. All positions stay
the same.
New Business
Linda purchased a solar light for the flagpole and Dan attached it
to the pole.
Halloween will be at the ball diamond again this year. We will pass
out notices about the week of the 15 of October.
Linda is looking into a dumpster price for one day. We will try to
get people to volunteer for a late April spring cleanup.
Linda is going to ask Zane about the trimming of the trees on the
parks and common grounds.
Dan is going to look into getting a cell phone for the
association.
The Resort Authority will be cleaning up the remaining tree
damage. The stump removal will be next year.
Linda made a motion to adjourn, and Pam seconded. The meeting
adjourned at 2.22 p.m.
