President
Linda Gagne called the meeting to order at 6:05 p m. Present
were Linda Gagne, Bev Betts and Pam Maser.
New
Business
Linda Gagne
is going to put some reflective tape on the gate at the park
entrance off the boulevard.
The board is
looking into the pricing and placement of an information board. Will
have information available at next years annual meeting.
Election of Officers
President
Linda Gagne, Vice President Dan Auchauer, Treasurer Bev
Betts, Secretary Pam Maser, Trustee Bobby Carter.
Bev Betts
made a motion to accept and Pam Maser seconded. All agreed and
the motion carried.
Halloween
notifications will be put on the outside of the mailboxes. We
will be at the ball diamond and you can still hand out candy
at your house if you wish.
We will be
leaving the large sign at the park entrance and will change
notifications as needed.
Linda Gagne
made a motion to adjourn and Pam Maser seconded. All agreed
and the meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m. |
