Board Meeting Minutes
Board Meeting Minutes August 12, 2025
Linda Gagne called the
meeting to order at 6 p.m.
Zane has planted two trees
in the park area. A red oak and a sugar maple.
The slide has been
repaired.
The Resort Authority is
still working on the removal of tree stumps and tree trimming.
The tetherball is up and
kids have been playing with it.
Volunteer day was May 17.
We had about 15 people show up. The beach was cleaned and the
playground equipment was washed off. Flowers were planted at
the park and across from the ball diamond.
We have put up spinners to
try to control the geese.
The picnic tables at the
playground cannot be fixed. We will just leave them as they
are.
New Business
The annual meeting is
Saturday September 13, 2025. Linda is going to order a tent.
We have two positions that will be available. Notices will be
sent out two weeks before the meeting.
The contract with RDA and
Monroe County sheriff has been suspended due to the fact of lack of
deputies. However, we still are covered by Monroe County
Sheriff and their department feels the impact will be minimal.

Bev made a motion to
adjourn and Pam seconded. All approved and the meeting
adjourned at 6:31 p.m.
