Board Meeting
Minutes August 08, 2023
Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. Present was President Linda
Gagne, Vice President Dan Achauer, Treasurer Bev Betts and
Secretary Pam Maser. Bobby Carter was not present.
Approval of the meeting minutes from May 30, 2023. Linda made a
motion to accept with changes from the amount of snow removal of
$5327.23. Dan second and all approved and the motion carried.
Approval of the financial reports from May, June and July 2023. Bev
made a motion to approve and Dan seconded. All approved and the
motion carried.
New Business
The tree removal from the tornado has been finished and all that
remains are three stumps. The Resort Authority will get to them as
soon as possible.
The Annual Meeting will be held on September 9, 2023 at 10:00
a.m. Linda is going to notify the Sheriff’s Department and arrange
for the tent. She will have the notices ready for mailing by Aug.
25, 2023.
The Deaf Caution signs are up on both entrances of Glendale.
The Library Box installation is finished on the dry side.
Mike’s Carpet on the corner of Elmwood and Dixie Hwy has been sold.
The woman who bought it is opening a day care. She called and wanted
to know if there was any association rules she needed to
comply. Linda told her no, but she has to check with the township on
their ordinances.
Linda made a motion to adjourn, Pam seconded and the meeting
adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
