Board Meeting Minutes
Board Meeting Minutes May 13, 2025
Linda Gagne
called the meeting to order at 5:55 p.m.
Present was
President Linda Gagne, Treasurer Bev Betts and Secretary Pam Maser.
Vice-President Dan Achauer and Trustee Bobby Carter were excused.
Also present were Al and Pam Metdepennigen.
Approval of
the April 8 minutes. Bev made a motion to accept and Pam
seconded. All approved and the motion carried.
Zane is going
to be planting trees soon. He will plant three oak trees in the park
where we lost trees from the tornado.
The slide
repair is still on going. We are trying to find someone who
could possibly fix it.
Al is going
to try to fix the picnic table at the park.
The Resort
Authority is still going to remove the tree stumps.
Linda
purchased the tetherball equipment and it will be put up on
volunteer day.
The blight
meeting went well. They now have two people on blight.
Volunteer day
is May 17, 2025. We will be planting flowers and cleaning up the
beach. Also removing graffiti from the wall and playground
equipment.
Linda has put
up buckets with spinners in them. The geese seem to be staying away.
Also Zane is not mowing about a foot strip of grass to also keep
them away.
New Business
The garage
sales will be June 5, 6, and 7th.
Pam
Metdepennigen brought up cutting grass for people who aren't able to
do it for themselves. Linda said the township was looking into doing
something like that.
