Board Meeting Minutes May 13, 2024
New Beach Association, Inc. (Woodland Beach)

Meeting Linda Gagne called the meeting to order at 5:57p.m.

 Present was President Linda Gagne, Vice-President Dan Achauer, Treasurer Bev Betts and Secretary Pam Maser. Bobby Carter was not present.

 Approval of the minutes from April 9 2024.   Bev made a motion to accept and Dan seconded. All approved and the motion carried. 

 Approval of the financial statement from April 2024. Dan made a motion to accept and Bev seconded.  All approved and the motion carried.

New Business

The Labeau property is behind on assessments and the sister asked if we could remove some of the late fees. There are three liens on the property. She owes $1300.00 and we agreed if she pays $1000.00 we will remove the liens.

Old Business

Al has fixed the guard rails and signs. Linda is going to order more rule signs as one is needed for the Elmwood side.

 Linda is going to put out another flyer on the mini bikes. Also the sheriff's dept. can give citations. Linda will give a copy of our uniform traffic code papers to the sheriff department hoping it will help them control traffic better on our streets and help control the mini bike problems

 A discussion was held on late fees and we can change them as a board. We decided to change the late fee to $25.00 a lot.  Linda made a motion to accept and Bev seconded.  All approved and the motion carried.  The new late fee goes into effect on January 1, 2025.

 Saturday May 18 is the volunteer day at the park. Linda is going to get paint and brushes. She will also get flowers and water and snacks.

 Bob Gagne graded the ball diamond.  He is going to get some pea gravel delivered for spaces that need filled in. 

Jason Gonia on Glendale has a house that has gone back to the county. Linda is going to file paperwork when they sell the property so we can recoup some of our money.
