Board Meeting Minutes
Board Meeting Minutes May 12, 2026
Linda Gagne called the
meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
Present was President Linda
Gagne, Vice-President Al Metdepenningen, Treasurer Bev Betts,
Secretary Pam Maser and Trustee David Jewel. Pam Metdepennigen was
also present.
Approval of the minutes
from April 14, 2026. Bev made a motion and Pam seconded. All
approved and the motion carried.
Approval of the financial
report from April 30 2026. Al made a motion and David
seconded. All approved and the motion carried.
Disc golf update. Al and
David O'Shea are working on it. They will try to get together as
soon as possible.
Linda and David have been
turning in blight problems for grass.
The sinkhole at Lawndale
and Parkwood has been fixed. Al will put up the stop sign.
Spring clean-up is Saturday
May 16 m 2026 at 10 a.m. Clean up will be at the playground and
flowers will be planted in the containers.
Zane is going to put mulch
on the playground.
Zane will be planting trees
as soon as possible.
New Business
Al has been trimming trees
as needed.
We have had $1400.00 of
payments on assessments.
Linda made a motion to
adjourn and Al seconded. All approved and the meeting adjourned at
6:35 p.m.
