Board Meeting Minutes April 12, 2024
New Beach Association, Inc. (Woodland Beach)

Linda Gagne called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Present was President Linda Gagne, Vice-President Dan Achauer, Treasurer Bev Betts and Secretary Pam Maser. Bobby Carter was not present.

Approval of the March 14, 2024 minutes. Bev made a motion to accept and Dan seconded. All approved and the motion carried.

Approval of the financial statement from March 2024. Dan made a motion to accept and Bev seconded. All approved and the motion carried

New Business

The spring-cleaning at the park is scheduled for Saturday May 18, 2024. Linda is going to make flyers and the young people who need volunteer hours will be passing them out. Weather permitting, we will ask people to bring their own rakes and gloves. Linda is going to purchase paint for the playground equipment

Old Business

Al Metdepennigen will be doing the repairs to the signs and guardrails.

Linda is going to check with the police about the minibikes and four wheelers.

Linda is looking at the old minutes to find the change for the late fee. We need to determine if we need to do an annual meeting or if we can do it as a board.

The garage sale is being changed to June 6, 7, and 8 2024.

Linda made a motion to adjourn and Dan seconded. The meeting adjourned at 6:30p.m.
