Board Meeting Minutes January 19, 2023

New Beach Association, Inc. (Woodland Beach)

President Linda Gagne called the meeting to order at 6:09 p.m.  Present were Bev Betts and Pam Maser.  

Bev made a motion to accept the minutes from October 11, 2022.   Linda seconded and motion carried.

Pam made a motion to accept the financial reports from October 2022, November 2022, and December 2022. Bev seconded and motion carried.

Unfinished Business

 We purchased a baby swing for the playground for $125.00.  Randy Maser installed it.

The overgrown tree roots on the dry side playground were taken care of.

A gate for the entrance of park at Maplewood is tabled at this time.

New Business

We have had two incidents of landscape destruction. The entrance at Dixie and Cloverdale.  Linda is turning it into the insurance company.  We have had an estimate of $3900 for cleanup and removal of damaged trees.

The tree on the boulevard was taken care of by Roberts Tree Service. We will ask them to replace the tree.

Open Discussion

 Bev is asking her brother for help in making signs for the community sales in June. One for each boulevard on Dixie Highway.

 Linda make a motion to adjourn and Bev seconded.  The meeting adjourned at 6:32 pm.
